20th April Update - our local depot and drop off shop have now closed for public drop offs so we will be using alternative couriers until they resume. Larger items will be with UPS and smaller items will be 1st class recorded with the Royal Mail.
DPD want to confirm that all their parcel collection, sortation and delivery operations are continuing as normal.
They can also confirm that they are seeing extremely good service levels right across their network.
Contact free delivery - update
They've improved their contact free delivery process to include photo capture proof of delivery. Our customers will not be asked to sign their handheld units and their drivers will take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery.

This now forms our proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.
Mother's Day
Over the Mother's Day weekend DPD saw record-breaking service levels while delivering 280,000 parcels to happy mums throughout the UK.
DPD People
DPD are doing everything possible to support their people and they are sharing advice and updates with them on a daily basis in order to keep them as safe as possible.
