The latest round of Royal Mail strikes has bought massive chaos and confusion to the network. Due to the backlog at the Bristol sorting centre we would advise against choosing the free economy shipping option if you want your order delivered in the U.K. before next Thursday. They are on strike again on the 23/24th December so will only have 4 days to deliver the second class mail options. We have tracked services and DHL Express available for you to choose from at the checkout. The Royal Mail have announced that the 16th Dec will be the last postage date for first class mail to be delivered before Xmas 2022.
Royal Mail Strike Infotmation.
Please be aware that in September 2022 the Royal Mail will be going on strike. This will affect us with incoming deliveries but more importantly it will affect the delivery times to you our valued customer. This strike action will have an affect on those of you choosing the free delivery option or a Royal Mail service. We would recommend choosing the DHL Express or MyHermes option to have a tracked service. These strikes will have a delay in items being collected, processed and delivered and we ask you to please factor these issues in when choosing a delivery option.
*Please note this only affects our domestic U.K. deliveries and not international orders as we use different carriers for items leaving the U.K.
October 2022 Update
The Royal Mail are still continuing their strike actions and this will continue until the end of the year. More information can be found here
Thank you for your patience.
