Ilmberger carbon parts consist of 100% carbon and are produced exclusively in an autoclave. Every accessory carries a clear TÜV certified coating and is supplied with a general operating permit (ABE) (with the exception of Racing parts).

The parts are made exclusively in the latest, state-of-the-art manufacturing process out of carbon fibre prepreg weave in the autoclave. This procedure is also used to produce all of the high performance parts for the Moto GP and Formula 1 racing vehicle

Please note that promotional bike images on Ilmberger's website may show bikes dressed with vinyl graphics; those graphics are not supplied. Parts are supplied in plain satin, Gloss or matt carbon fibre as described in the individual part descriptions.
