We offer a FREE economy delivery service on all items and have a range of recorded,signed or tracked services for you to purchase for a quicker delivery. We aim to dispatch almost all orders within 3 working days (09.00 to 15.00 GMT Mon - Fri) of purchase. Order confirmation emails will be sent out with the relevant delivery options.
Please check the stock availability line to see the quantity of items left in stock, this includes items with us and our fantastic suppliers. Special Order items from leading brands like CNC Racing which come in from Italy will take longer due to the direct supply from the factory to us, especially given the current pandemic climate. Please allow extra time to allow for safe working practices at the manufacturers.

Please allow extra time for these orders given the current economic climate. A lot of European manufacturers are still working with reduced staff levels and lower production levels. Ilmberger Carbonparts are taking much longer than expected due to thier hand made production.
We have great working relationships with our preferred suppliers and try our best to manage our stock levels as accurately as possible. We have supply feeds from some suppliers linking up our availability with theirs to try and be as current as possible. Any items that are out of stock will be placed on to back order with us and our suppliers and will be fulfilled as soon as the item is back in stock in the U.K.

We are only a small team and are regularly sanitizing not only our hands but also the products and packaging we will be sending out. This is to keep you, our valued customer safe and the couriers that will be delivering the items.
Stock supplies to the U.K. was slowly improving at the end of 2020 from our European Brands. Now with the Brexit trade deal we are seeing delays in deliveries arriving and also having an impact on our overseas deliveries taking slightly longer due to the customs process in the receiving country. DHL Express however have a fantastic service where the delivery starts clearing customs electronically as soon as collected from us.
Renthal are slowly building up stock levels, and we do mean slowly so any orders marked with a 🔴 traffic light will be backordered and no expected delivery date provided. Helmet supplies are slow due to the hold up in the Suez canal and the backlong created in ports like Folkestone and Rotterdam. Orders from Europe are taking extra time to arrive due to these delays at the borders.
On the 1st June all motorcycle dealerships were able to re-open their showroom doors, a welcome move as it means bikers will be back out on the roads and have somewhere to go. As much as we try to hold good stock of the popular items its not always possible. We have great working relations with our main distributors and are ordering regularly from them. We do try to keep on top of stocking products but due to product demand its not always possible to have full stock availability so please feel free to check with us before making a purchase.
The true effect on the UK motorcycle trade from Covid-19 is only now about to realised. A lot of our brands are made in mainland Europe, especially Italy the epicentre of the virus. The manufacturers have resumed to work albeit in smaller numbers and reduced output. We are working closely with our suppliers to make sure the information we have is as upto date as possible. This is changing on a daily/weekly basis and there might be a slight delay on some orders being dispatched due to these knock on effects.

One of the fastest, most reliable worldwide services available, 2-3 working days to the USA, Canada, South Africa, 4-5 days to Australia.
DHL own Deutsche Post and use their innovative international delivery solution which has been developed specifically for online retailers sending out small letter sized parcels. A Tracked service is available but runs on domestic and commercial airlines not the DHL Express system.
Delivery of parcels and packages throughout the UK which MyHermes aim to deliver within 3 working days.
Their international courier services cover over 190 countries worldwide, with a delivery time of three to seven working days no matter where in the world the parcel is going.
