BMW S1000RR HP4 Race

Ilmberger Carbonparts have developed a wide range of carbon parts for the BMW S1000RR HP4 Race 2017-2018, the number one performance bike from BMW Motorrad. This bike is just about the limit and carries plenty of future technology and Ilmberger Carbonparts are very proud to be a part of this project. The HP 4 Race is a composition of the most noble materials with the aggressive looks of a true factory racer. The strictly limited (750 units) performance bike was first shown as a concept bike on the EICMA in 2016 and then launched in 2017. With the all new HP 4 Race BMW breaks new grounds and shows what is possible in motorcycle manufacturing. To protect, just in case, some of the most exposed components like the full-carbon frame or the gorgeous factory swing-arm ilmberger decided to develop some special carbon components. Certainly, these protective carbon parts suit perfect to the original carbon parts and even the drawing of the carbon fibres is matching with the original carbon fibre structure. Needless to say, that the parts add only a few gram to the total of the motorcycle.

Ilmberger carbon parts consist of 100% carbon and are produced exclusively in an autoclave. Every accessory carries a clear TÜV certified coating and is supplied with a general operating permit (ABE) (with the exception of Racing parts).

The parts are made exclusively in the latest, state-of-the-art manufacturing process out of carbon fibre prepreg weave in the autoclave. This procedure is also used to produce all of the high performance parts for the Moto GP and Formula 1 racing vehicle
